I always think I am operating my head (brain). Actually this "I" operator is illusory. To operate my head (brain)
is not my duty, i.e. duty of "I". "I" is unreal, unnatural and is created from memories. To operate the
head (brain), is the brain's own autonomous function, but "I" interrupts the natural functioning of brain and creates
unnecessary burden on it. The feeling that I am operating my brain is nothing but duality created out of word-bound thought
process, which never arrives at any decision and is always swinging between thoughts of yes/no and gain/loss. Nature has got
nothing to do with yes or no, neither is there anything to gain or loose.
We discuss so much about "I", but it is very important to understand what this "I" is and how it came
into being. When we search for this "I", which we consider to be the reason for all sorrows, we come to know that
it is the by- product (game) of two unclear memories. These two unclear memories are like either sides of the same coin. Let
us find out the reason for the formation of these unclear memories.
The main reason for creation of unclear memories are words, i.e., word-bound culture and word-bound education system.
The development of our education system itself is through somebody's imagination. When the very first school was established,
the teacher or group of teachers would have definitely been illiterate, because they themselves did not go to any school earlier.
It must have been in their imagination, that if everybody in Society, receives similar kind of education, the students' thoughts
(thinking) would be the same and hence would lead life peacefully and happily. But since it was just an imagination, they
could not foresee the repercussions of the system that they were developing. And today, the situation is such that, though
everybody in society receives uniform education and culture, their thoughts do not match and the by-product of thoughts and
education is "Ego? at has come into being. This ego is so strong that everybody is illusioned by this ego and leading
a very unsatisfying and sorrowful life.
When we learn alphabets and words in our childhood, a lot of repetition takes place during the process. Because of this
repetition, the delicate tissues that join one neuron with the other cannot withstand the pressure that has developed during
learning and breakdown. The other reason is that, we are taught to identify and express everything in words; i.e. name of
person, place, things, events, experiences etc. For example, when we are taught to identify a lion in school, it is the word
`lion', that is taught first and the real lion is shown in pictures or the actual lion at a later stage. Hence we develope
a habit of remembering the words related to the object, rather than the object directly. This leads to unclear registration
of image of the object. Likewise, thousands and thousands of unclear memories get registered in our brain and because of this,
the delicate joints in the neurons get damaged on a very large scale. That is why, whatever is registered is unclear and when
it is recalled, the same unclear memory comes forth. As the foundation of memories is itself unclear, our whole life is wasted
satisfying these unclear memories. The development of unclear memories itself, leads to creation of "I". How, let
us find out.
When we search for it, we realise that we are not able to keep a clear vision of whatever we are looking at, because we
try to compare it with something similar that we have seen in the past and because of this comparison, we are not able to
see it directly. The memory about the present experience also gets registered unclearly. There is a gap between these memories;
i.e., memory of the past and present experience (which is going to turn into memory). The empty gap that is present between
these memories is sensitive, timeless and memoryless. But memory tries to fill this gap and uses the name given to the body
and fits it in. This is how; "I" comes into being, while it is actually not there. It is just an illusion created
by the two word bound unclear memories. But, memory cheats itself by doing so and that is why the confusion in our life never
ends. We start identifying ourselves to this illusory "I" and our entire life becomes sorrowful. Therefore it is
very important to understand the whole confusion.
The thoughtless state of the brain is timeless. When we take an approximate total of the timeless gap between two unclear
memories of our entire life, we realise that a large period of sensitive timeless gap is lost at the hands of "I"
and because of that, we have gone further away from reality.
The basis of any present memory, is memory of the past and is based on the same subject. For example, now I am looking
at a rose. My observation of the rose should be direct, but, I (memory) starts comparing it with the rose that I had seen
in the past, which was of different colour and fragrance. It is because of this comparison that we are unable to see the present
rose directly and the same gets registered unclear in our memory. Can the reader recall the first rose he had seen in life?
Because of this lack of clarity, we recall the same memory in the form of thoughts and repeat it many times to get the same
experience. If the same observation is direct and clear (without memory), the registering in the memory will also be clear
and we will only remember it when we come across the same thing physically.
Every memory is based on the previous memory. That is why the object or event that is not directly seen gets registered
unclear, because we observe that object or event in comparison to the previous memory with the aid of word-bound thoughts
and because of this, the sensitive timeless gap between these two memories is filled by the memories themselves by fitting
the name given to the body. This gives birth to the illusion of "I"; i.e. the feeling of "I am". Though
this "I" is created by the memories only, they tend to get illusioned by this "I" and think that this
"I" is something different from them. This creates a cycle and memories feel that they are made for "I"
and "I" feels that it is made for memories. Because of this cycle, the brain comes under strain and is always tense,
resulting in the breaking of delicate tissues among the neurons. The flow of sensitivity from the brain to the body disrupts.
The disruption in the body is a very unfortunate event and because of this, entire mankind has to pay a very heavy price of
not being able to enjoy the actual/natural state of happiness. To enjoy life in the truest sense, the joints among the neurons
have to increase in number. The more the joints, clearer will be the memory, lesser will be the illusion of "I"
and happier will be the person. Animals on the contrary enjoy life completely, because they do not have to learn words and
the joints in their brain do not break. Their memory is always clear and therefore the question of creation of the illusory
"I" does not exist. Because of the completeness of the circuits of the joints in their brain, the sensitivity flows
in the entire body without any interruption, which satisfies their whole body in whatever they do.
We often have this illusion that the speed of our mind is very high. But, its speed in comparison with the speed of the
Universe is very negligible. The Universe is expanding at the speed of 220 kms per second. Mind can only think twice in one
second. Whereas the speed of our body is almost equal to the speed of the Universe and the mind tries to race with it. The
mind cannot realise this and it feels that its speed is more than the speed of the body. This is an illusion of the mind.
It is outside capacity of the mind to gauge the speed of sensitivity. The fact is that the mind's speed is negligible to anything
in the Universe. Even the speed of a bullock cart is faster than the speed of the mind. For example, it can only imagine of
going to America, but cannot physically go there. Because of this, our memory does not have speed and is always steady in
the brain. It means that, it's photography is still like the photograph taken from a box camera. In the case animals, they
posses natural memory which is clear and that is why the photographs recorded in their memory are dynamic or moving, like
those taken from a movie camera. For example, a lion hunting a deer remembers to attack the throat at all times, even while
running at such great speeds, whereas we barely manage to see a stationary deer. Therefore, animals can see their memory moving
and humans see it still or steady.
Unclear memories are word-bound and clear memories are based on sensitivity. Unclear memory is that of the mind and the
clear memory of the brain. The Mind is not the Brain. Clear memories are full and complete photographs of live moment. As
animals do not posses word-bound thoughts, the joints of their neurons are not broken and the flow of sensitivity takes place
from the brain to the body without any interruptions. It is very important that the joints in our brain increase as much as
possible and only then will we be able to experience sensitivity and lead a happy life. The latest research on Einstein's
brain, by 3 neuroscientists, namely Sandra Vetalson, Debra Kiger & Thomas Harve, shows, that though, the scientist rose
to such eminence; as a child, he was a late developer of speech. Therefore, his inferior perital lobules developed to a greater
extent. Research further says that, all children who are late developers of speech (word-bound memory) tend to become mathematicians
and scientists.
Now, let us try to understand a little about neurons. The brain is made up of innumerable cells called neurons. They are
so called, because, if we are hurt at any part of our body apart from the brain, the cells of that part recuperate, but if
the neurons are damaged, they do not. According to Science, there are almost 200 million neurons in the brain, out of which
100 thousand neurons get destroyed every day. This system of destruction is made by Nature itself. As the neurons get destroyed,
some part of our memory also gets destroyed. That is the reason we cannot remember each and every thing. Forgetting, is the
basic nature of the brain, but this is only possible when our memory is clear. It is because of unclear memories that we have
to think again and again about a particular thing. According to some scientists, as our neurons get destroyed, new neurons
take their place. Every neuron is connected by a group of 10 to 15,000 neurons. To attain enlightenment, the joints of these
neurons have to be the maximum. But today's human is left with only 100 such joints; the rest are all damaged. This is because,
when the neurons die, they leave behind their characteristics, which are inherited by the new neurons, and therefore the joints
remain broken and there is no path left for the flow of sensitivity.
Memory is stored in our brain in the form of compartments. When one thought activates, all the compartments having information
related to that thought, start vibrating and the continuous flow of thought signals take place. This results in vibrations
of 90 to 100 thousand neurons at the same time. When thoughts of love, hatred, sexual desires erupt, it becomes difficult
to come out of it. This results in damage of joints and the formation of new joints does not take place. The thirst for repetition
of the event or experience remains balance in the neurons. We humans, always lead a sorrowful life, as we are unable to enjoy
anything completely. This gives birth to desires and ambitions and humans keep running behind them for full-fillment, with
the hope that by accomplishing those desires, they will be happy. But in vain.
It may be noted that memories and thoughts are not bad. What is bad, is "I", which is created by the mechanical
word-bound habits of the tongue, vocal cord, and brain. Because of this "I", thoughts keep repeating themselves
and create a burden on the brain. Who are we to harass our brain for satisfying the illusory "I"? If the brain is
cleared from the illusion of "I", it can use thoughts and memories in the real direction and make mankind happy
and prosperous.
To lead a satisfied life and to become Pragyavaan (brain in its natural state). It is only Pragya that has the ability
to satisfy humans. Humans will have to let the brain surface its abilities, only then, the joints among the neurons will start
getting connected and the empty spaces in the neurons will get connected with the empty space in the cells of the body and
the flow of sensitivity will occur without interruption. Like in the atom, there are empty spaces between the electrons, protons
and neutrons; similar is the empty spaces in our genes and neurons. Because of this emptiness (holes), the electrons, protons
and neutrons are able to move and because of this movement, creation takes place in the Universe and flow of sensitivity takes
place in the human body. This flow of sensitivity only, can make humans happy. The completeness of the integrated circuits
of joints in the brain will lead to clear memories and illusion of "I" will gradually vanish. Only this state of
the brain, devoid of "I", can make mankind happy in the truest sense.
All the rules and regulations, religions, morality, political systems and scientific systems are based on the imagination
of word-bound thoughts and unclear memories. Since all these systems are born out of word-bound unclear imagination. How can
word-bound imaginative "I", get any satisfaction out of it?
