The creation of eyes and hands on the human body is a great achievement of evolution. We cannot even imagine of human beings
to be without these two organs. If these two organs were not created, humans would have had to spend their lives in animal
state. A fish like the dolphin has eyes and a well-developed brain, but not having developed hands, makes it impossible to
construct a home or machine.
Human brain is bigger in comparison to the body. According to the rules of evolution, the human brain has been developing
for the past thousands and thousands of years. (Some researchers are of the belief that travellers from outer space have developed
the human brain faster). The eyes and hands have also contributed towards the development of the brain. The eyes are organs
that give immense information to the brain in one reflex and the brain has developed the art of absorbing the information.
Because of this activity, the size of the brain also kept increasing. The hand is another organ after the eye that has become
the reason for development of the brain. Functions like picking, keeping things, making tools, using tools, designing things
as per the desire, can be performed with the aid of the hands. Through the sense of touch of the hands, the brain gets to
know about a lot of things. In the evolution of our complex brain and intelligence, the hands have also contributed immensely.
Through the co-ordination of Brain and Hands, it has become possible to create and use various tools. With the help of
tools, the capacity of the human body has increased a thousand times. For example, with the help of bow and arrow, it has
become possible for humans to hunt wild animals. Likewise, use of weapons, like a knife made it easy to cut the animals for
eating. That is the reason, there was no need for sharp teeth and big jaws.
Humans are less strong in comparison to many other animals, but, by using weapons, he has killed animals many times stronger
than him. Initially, humans honed the stone, on whetstone and made it sharp and after that by tying it to a staff, they created
a spear. The spear was given the shape of an arrow and the branches of trees were used bows. In this way, humans increased
their ability and strength by overcoming physical limitation.
Humans are basically tool-making animals. With the aid of tools and instruments, they have conquered the whole Universe
and the main support behind it is ? Hand??f humans had not hands, they would have been intelligent like the dolphins, but
would not have been in a position to do or create anything. The Hand is the foundation of human development. Without the hands,
we would neither have been able to write or read nor able to do anything. But, for the past thousands of years, ???o, has
got established in the hands, like it has been in the brain, tongue and vocal cord. That is the reason, we humans move our
hands while talking.
Organs like the eyes, ears and nose, are in very close proximity with the brain, in comparison to the hands. The accupressure
points of all the organs of the body are found in the palm of our hands. Applying pressure at these points can cure physical
ailments. For diagnoses of maladies, the pulse of the patient is observed, by placing the fingers on the veins of the hands.
In the same way, today, Reiki practices touch healing. Through the transmission of heat and energy, treatment is given.
It means that alike the brain; the hands are also connected to the internal organs of the body. It also means that alike
the brain, mental ego ????s also connected with the hands. Indian yoga teaches mudhras with the fingers; for example, Gyan
Mudhra. This mudhra is used for reducing ???o. By applying pressure by the index finger on the tip of the thumb and keeping
the other three fingers straight, if we sit quietly for half an hour, we experience that our mind is getting peaceful. It
means that, thoughts were occurring at a subtle level and now they have stopped.
Fingers of musicians who play string instruments like, mandolin, violin, guitar, etc., because of accumulation of thought
oriented habits of notes, can play their instruments by the sense of touch in the dark also. Fingers of musicians, who play
the tabla or mrindunga, just by listening to the lines of any song, start catching the tunes of the song habitually.
Typists while typing habitually keep typing but at the same time can speak and think also. Drivers too, while drive habitually
can talk, look at the road, hold the steering with one hand, change gears with the other, press the accelerator or break with
the legs, listen with the ears at the same time. All these activities take place at the same time just because of the habit
of the mechanical mind. But the driver while, learning to drive for the first time, would it have been possible for him to
perform all, or any two of the above mentioned activities at the same time? The answer is positively NO. Today, we can sign
even in our sleep. But to learn the signature, the list of efforts made is very long and the name of it is Habit.
While learning the alphabets of any language for the first time in our childhood, to learn the first alphabet, repetition
of reading aloud and writing simultaneously, initially for a hundred times. Only then does it become possible for the learner
to write the alphabet. Similarly, to learn subsequent alphabets, the same amount of repetition is required. In this way, to
learn all the alphabets; brain, eyes, mouth, ears and hands have to make repetition for thousand and thousands of times. Similarly
to learn a word that consists of two or three or more alphabets, the eyes, mouth, ears and hands have to make repetition for
thousands of times. After that to join words, for forming sentences, again the eyes, mouth, ears and hands have to struggle
thousands of times. After that, to learn small thoughts and act according to them, the eyes, mouth, ears and hands have to
repeat them thousands of times to form serial thought bound habits. The brain, forms all these habits, on the eyes, mouth,
ears and hands. That is the reason, our hands can sign even in sleep. Had we first not learnt the alphabets, it would not
have been possible to sign.
Thus, the hands have to perform thousands of activities due to thought bound habits. This habit of performing various
activities is only possible for the hands, due to repetitive process of reading, writing, listening, for thousands and thousands
of times. For example, if an infant is brought up in seclusion and darkness for 10 years, then will this child be able to
walk, talk, observe or write or do anything at all? The answer would be positively??. It means that, all the children are
taught to walk, speak, observe and write or perform various activities are taught by the present generation to the coming
generation; and through the medium of learning only ?ughts occur??lt;br>
That is how, the ?gets created in the eyes, mouth, ears and hands, because of thought bound habit associated with the
name given to the body. The parts of the mouth that are known as tongue and vocal cord in these parts, ?is maximum, in the
form of thought and we may term it as Ego No.1. And, while speaking, thinking or while thoughts are occurring, the hands keep
on shaking and making movements. Also, the hands learn to write for these two reasons, ???o, gets established in the hands
in the form of signaling thought process at a subtle level, which may be termed as Ego No.2. The rest of the ???o is in the
form of electrical signals in the brain, chemical form in the eyes, ears and spinal cord. To erase the ?from the hands, we
will have to write the alphabets in reverse order and pattern for thousands of times. While to erase the ?from the vocal cord,
repeatedly chanting, ?m an illusion??ill have to be done, for thousands of times. There can be many other methods apart for
the above. The best would be ?ughtless silence??
To evolve life in nature, natural I is essential. But, the unnatural ? that is created from word bound thoughts and is
ruling the brain with its mental forms, creates obstruction in the natural functioning of the brain. This is not agreeable
to Nature. Because universally nature has created life and has evolved to its zenith; that is, the human brain, to continue
its work of evolution. For that we will have to discard our "I" ??o, to let the brain make use of its optimum ability
and maintain balance in the entire universe. That is why, liberating the brain from the clutches of "I" ??o, is
of utmost importance.
